Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of xLimit, including the web application, client tools, and related services.
By accessing xLimit, you agree to these Terms and the Authorized Use Policy. Do not use xLimit if you do not agree.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, all activity under your account, and protecting your credentials and access tokens. Accounts and tokens may not be sold, shared, or transferred.
2. Authorized use only
xLimit may be used only for lawful security research, testing, education, and defensive work involving systems you own or have explicit permission to assess. The Authorized Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
3. Access periods and payment
Eligible first-time registrations receive one immediate 30-day access period. Subsequent access requires payment and verification according to the published Pricing and Payment and Refund Policy. Access periods, pricing, and features may change prospectively.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant xLimit the limited rights necessary to process that content solely to provide, secure, support, and legally operate the service. Your submitted content is handled according to the Privacy Policy and is not used by xLimit to train AI models.
5. AI-assisted output
xLimit output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular context. You must independently review output before relying on it or taking action. xLimit does not provide legal advice, guarantee findings, or replace professional judgment.
6. Restrictions
You may not abuse, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, bypass restrictions on, or gain unauthorized access to xLimit. You may not use xLimit to facilitate unlawful access, malware deployment, credential theft, destructive activity, privacy violations, or harm.
7. Suspension and termination
xLimit may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or others, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address nonpayment, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using xLimit at any time.
8. Service availability and disclaimer
xLimit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Availability, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, xLimit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and contact
