Core commitment: Your conversations and data submitted to xLimit are private. xLimit does not use your conversations, prompts, files, outputs, or other submitted content to train AI models.
1. Information xLimit handles
xLimit may handle account information such as your email address, account identifiers, access status, support communications, and technical records needed to operate and secure the service.
When you use xLimit, the service processes the prompts, conversations, files, and other content you choose to submit. Payment verification may include your registered email address, payment screenshot, transaction reference, and related support correspondence.
2. How information is used
Information is used only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot xLimit.
- Respond to support requests and verify payments.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and violations of the Terms.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce xLimit policies.
3. Private conversations and no model training
xLimit treats your conversations and submitted content as private service data. xLimit does not sell that content and does not use it to train AI models.
Limited service providers may process data only when needed to operate xLimit, such as infrastructure, AI inference, security, email, or payment services. They are not authorized by xLimit to use your submitted content to train AI models.
4. Disclosure
xLimit does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers supporting xLimit, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect users and the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate protections.
5. Retention and security
xLimit retains information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide and secure the service, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information by emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
7. Sensitive data
Do not submit passwords, private keys, access tokens, unnecessary personal data, or information you are not authorized to share. You are responsible for removing sensitive information that xLimit does not need to process your request.
