Payment and Refund Policy
This policy explains payment verification, access renewal, and refund requests.
1. First-time access
Eligible first-time registrations receive one immediate 30-day access period at no charge. This free period is not renewable and has no cash value.
2. Paid access
Continued access is currently offered at the price shown on the Pricing page. A paid period provides 30 days of access after the payment is verified and applied to the account.
3. Payment verification
Returning users must send a clear successful-payment screenshot and transaction reference from the email address associated with their xLimit account to [email protected]. Access is renewed after verification.
Never send wallet private keys, passwords, seed phrases, or xLimit access tokens. xLimit may request limited additional information reasonably necessary to confirm a payment.
4. Refund requests
You may request a refund within five days after paid access is activated by emailing [email protected] from your registered address. Include the transaction reference and reason for the request.
Refunds are subject to verification and may be denied where there is evidence of fraud, policy abuse, chargeback abuse, substantial service use inconsistent with a refund request, or another legal restriction. Network, processor, or transaction fees may be non-refundable.
5. Pricing and payment services
Prices and supported payment methods may change prospectively. Third-party payment services may apply their own terms, processing times, exchange rates, and fees. xLimit is not responsible for delays or errors caused solely by those services.
